Houston Chronicle: BuffBurger on Verge of Tasty Breakthrough

Decked out with shiny white tile and bright-green graphics, 7-month-old BuffBurger is the city’s latest burger hopeful to go the “local, natural, sustainable” route, a la Elevation or the Counter. London expatriate Paul “Buff” Burden and his Houston-born wife, Sara, are serious about their ingredients – from the 44 Farms beef to their own house-made sauces to cheeses from the Houston Dairymaids, Houston’s premium supplier.
